Yes. The Free plan costs nothing, needs no card, and includes core ticket workflows, panel colour, and unlimited server installations. It covers 2 panels, 8 buttons, and 8 reusable forms per account, and the panels it posts carry a small Powered by TicketQuill credit. Pro is $4.99 a month and Business is $11.99 a month for more reusable designs, button emoji, panel images, and no credit.
In your own Discord. When a ticket is closed the transcript is delivered to a channel you choose in your own server. Conversation transcripts and ticket attachments stay in your Discord rather than in TicketQuill file storage, so your ticket history is never held behind someone else’s paid tier.
Every plan includes unlimited server installations. A TicketQuill plan belongs to your Discord account and follows it into every server that account manages, so you are not billed per server and there is no ticket-volume meter.
No. Sign in with Discord and the Free plan is active straight away. There is no trial clock, no card, and no TicketQuill password — Discord is the only sign-in.

Publish it with /panel, then run /setup workflow to choose the ticket category, transcript channel, and staff roles.
